How do I Place my order?

Placing an order at Perfect-Shape.nl is super easy! You simply select your product and pick the right size. Take a look at our detailed Size Guide if you need help choosing the size for your body. When you’ve selected your size, you can add it to your shopping cart and click ‘Check Out’ to complete your purchase. Now that you’ve fulfilled your order you can sit back, relax, and wait for your order to reach your doorstep!

When will I receive my order?

Now that you’ve placed your order, you probably can’t wait to receive it. We get that. That’s why we try our very best to make sure you receive your order ASAP. Our delivery times vary per zone. For example, The Netherlands (where Perfect Shape HQ is based) is in zone 1, Belgium and Germany are in zone 2, and the UK and France in Zone 3. Please check the list at the bottom of this page to see which zone your country belongs to. The following delivery times* and shipping costs apply per zone:

Zone 1: 1 to 3 business days

Zone 2: 1 to 4 business days

Zone 3: 2 to 5 business days

Zone 4: 3 to 7 business days

Can I track my order?

Yes you can! After you’ve placed your order, we’ll process it ASAP. We’ll then send you a Track & Trace code as soon as your order is ready to be shipped. This will allow you to keep track of your parcel’s delivery status and delivery date.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! So whether you live on an island or you’re currently travelling around the globe, you can place your order and we’ll make sure it gets to you.
