Return Policy

We try our very best to make sure that you’re delighted with every item you receive from Perfect Shape. We always strive to make you happy, however, we understand that certain items may sometimes fit differently than expected.

We therefore strongly advise you to carefully review our Size Guide before placing an order. This greatly decreases the chance that your item won’t fit. If for any reason, the item still doesn’t fit as expected, we offer you the option to exchange/return your order.

What are the return requirements?

For the item to be eligible for return or exchange, it has to be in acceptable condition. Perfect Shape considers the item to be ‘acceptable’ if it complies with the following requirements:

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must be returned clean and without any stains and/or heavy folds.
  • Items must contain all original tags and/or labels.

Perfect Shape will cover the shipping fees to ship the new exchange item after receiving the original item once, being it within the exchange period, in an acceptable condition.

How do I return/exchange an item?

If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to contact us to make the return/exchange request. Items can be exchanged for a new size or different product, or returned for a store credit or refund.

You can contact us through email at Please use the subject line ‘Exchange Request’, followed by your order number.

In your email, please mention:

  • Your full name
  • The name of the item you wish to exchange
  • The size you originally bought
  • The size/item you would wish to receive in exchange
  • A short description of the reason for exchange

After our customer care team has received your request and provided you the return address, you have 10 days to return the item(s) to our office.

Perfect Shape does not cover the shipping fees for returned items (meaning, the fees for shipping the item from the customer, back to Perfect Shape’s HQ). These costs are a responsibility for the customer. So please note that in case of a return for refund or store credit, the refund will amount the order value excluding the original shipping fees.

We highly advise you to obtain and preserve proof of postage until the return has been received and confirmed by Perfect Shape. We are not responsible for any item(s) that are unsuccessfully returned back to our office. It’s the customer's (and shipping company’s) responsibility to ensure the successful delivery of the returnable item. In the event of an unsuccessful item return, we will not be liable to offer an refund/exchange on the item(s). 

Wrong/faulty item?

We always try to provide the best quality possible. Sadly, sometimes mistakes can occur. We want to sort out any issues with faulty items right away. When you have discovered a mistake, please contact us at so that we can look into it and find a suitable solution.

Please provide the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • The faulty item’s (product)name and number
  • A description of the fault
  • A photo of the fault

We can only accept the return of a faulty item if it’s in its original state of packaging, including tags and labels.

Can I still adjust/cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled or adjusted via email by notifying Perfect Shape at within 30 minutes after placing the order. Please include your order number and full name in your request. Due to our vast shipping process, we can only accept adjustment and cancellation requests made within the first 30 minutes after the order was placed. 

Can I return a sales item?

All items that have been purchased during a sales period are final and cannot be exchanged/returned. We do allow exchanges for faulty sales items, subject to size availability. Please note that an exchange will only be granted on a faulty sale item if the remaining (earlier-mentioned) exchange requirements are met.

Have you received my exchange?

Depending on your location and chosen carrier, it can take 2 up to 14 working days until we receive and process your order. Please contact your chosen carrier to get an indication of their estimated shipping time. Please inform our customer service if you expect your chosen carrier’s shipping time to exceed Perfect Shape’s exchange period. You can then email us the expected shipping time, including your proof of postage; in these exceptional circumstances we will happily grant you some extra time.

We will send you a confirmation once we have received and processed the returned item(s). Please allow up to 10 working days for EU customers, and 20 working days for Non-EU customers, for your new exchange item to be shipped. If you haven’t heard any communication from us after this timescale, please contact us at the email address mentioned below.
